The PVC sports floor cleaning and maintenance instructions
1.Cleaning preparation
a.Machine cleaning:Electric floor cleaning machine.
b.Manual cleaning:Dust push, mop, clean water.
c.Neutral detergent (if needed).
2.Machine cleaning
Use an electric floor cleaner to clean up from the side of the site. No cleaning fluid is needed for routine maintenance, and a neutral cleaning fluid can be used for special stains.
3.Manual cleaning
Use site-specific mops,dust pushers,etc.,to clean the site when the mop head is half dry.No cleaning agent is required for regular maintenance,and a neutral cleaning agent can be used to clean up special stains.
4.Matters needing attention
Regular maintenance can extend the life of the floor.
a.The Benow floor has been treated with a surface layer,which has anti-fouling and anti-fouling properties.General stains can be simply wiped.If there are special stains, please use a neutral cleaning product.
b.Daily maintenance:Use a vacuum cleaner to vacuum and clean the floor,or use a clean 90% dry mop to clean the ground.If the pollution is serious, it should be cleaned locally.
c.Do not use cleaning balls or knives to clean the floor.Do not use acetone,toluene,and other chemicals.For dirt that cannot be cleaned by conventional methods,please consult the staff of JADEQI.
d.During routine maintenance of the floor,there is no need to use a lot of water for washing.When necessary,wipe dry in time.
e.Pollution treatment: The stained ink, food, greasy, etc. on the Benow sport floor should be wiped off the dirt, and then wipe the traces with a diluted detergent.
5.Benow sport floor protection
a.Sand and gravel protection:Place a sand and gravel protective mat at the door of the room and hall door where Benow sport floor is used to prevent shoes from bringing gravel into the room and scratching the floor surface.
b.Item handling protection:When handling items, especially metal sharp items at the bottom,do not drag on the floor glue to prevent the floor from being injured.
c.Fire protection:Do not put burning cigarette butts and high-temperature metal objects directly on the floor to prevent damage to the sport floor.
d.Chemical protection:Avoid a large amount of water staying on the surface of the floor for a long time.If the water soaks the floor for a long time,it may penetrate under the floor and cause the floor to melt and lose its adhesion,and it is also easy to cause the floor to bulge and deform.
e.Sun protection:Avoid direct exposure to strong light.Long-term exposure to ultraviolet rays will cause discoloration and fading of the floor.
